About Us:
Shape Yoga has been teaching and spreading well being since 2011. Beginning in the old Commerce Building on Sussex St in Sydney City, we have since moved to the Balmain Peninsula and now also to Denham Court in SW Sydney, from where we offer warm online classes.

Founder & Principle Yoga Teacher Dorothy has been practicing Yoga since 1988. Her classes are deliberately kept small to allow more attention and care to be given to teach individual student. Having taught well over 5,000 hours and hundreds of individual students, each with their own needs and abilities, Dorothy very effectively and with great instinctual caring instructs the practice of Yoga to achieve the desired outcomes of the student.

Shape Yoga Balmain offers smaller class sizes with particular attention to the needs and levels of each individual.
